Good questions and good listening can help clients clarify, choose, and steadfastly act upon success strategies that would otherwise have gone unseen, rejected, or left under-implemented. Work is personal, and so are work relationships between individuals and organizations. Choices and actions are both rational and emotional, as are the motivating concerns that drive them. Helping clients identify what "could" work only helps to the extent that clients determine what they can and will work to achieve. We coach:
